Y2KX - Top 10 of 10

I am shocked that we are entering the second decade of the newest millennium. I remember all the buzz of 10 years ago and the Y2K stuff going on like it was yesterday. How can 10 years have slipped by just like that? In commemoration of another 10 years of life altering moments I'm making a Top 10 of the decade list.

1. December 1999...OK, I'm cheating a little. But, honestly I could not party like it was 1999 on the last day of 1999 because just 3 weeks prior I had found out that after 3 years, multiple infertility treatments and thousands of dollars spent I was finally going to be a mom. This is my NUMBER 1 moment of my LIFE!

2. August 10, 2000 - The birth of my first child, Isabella Louise.

3. January 10, 2002 - The early birth of my second child Sophia Johanna. I forever am grateful to God for making her entry into this world a little earlier than expected so that she would live.

4. November 18, 2003 - The birth of my 3rd and feisty daughter, Ava Mary. She's always gotta do things her way but she's an awesome girl.

5. May 23, 2006 - A SON! Quentin Abraham made his way into this world like a champion prize fighter and he completes my family.

6. June 28, 2005 - Moving to Southern California was the scariest and happiest moments all rolled into one ball. I was comfortable in Ohio but Southern California is terrific and I wouldn't change the move for anything in the world.

7. March 2, 2001 - Launching my own freelance marketing business on the heels of my employer going out of business suddenly the day before. What a life changing moment to be facing unemployment and then being given the opportunity to do what I always wanted to do in the first place. Starting my own, thriving business has been a dream come true and I wouldn't have been able to do that without the support of my colleagues, family, clients and friends.

8. May 9, 2008 - My 35th birthday. I resolved to change the path that my health was on and I am eternally grateful to the people who encouraged me and supported me in helping me succeed at meeting my goals and making me a "stronger" person.

9. August 11, 2007 - I met some of the most wonderful women in the world. They are some of my best friends and we share some of the best times together.

10. August 6, 2009 - Who would have ever guessed that Rami and I would be where we are after 15 years of marriage. WOW!
