This year we have graduated to TWO Gingerbread houses. Next year I think we're going to switch to graham cracker houses that we make ourselves at home. Here's the finished team projects. Isabella and Quentin worked together on one house while Sophia and Ava worked on the second house. Each child got to do one half of the roof and then collaborate on the front facade and side windows. Quentin's method was very strategic...one piece of candy on the house and one in his mouth. A pure 1:1 ratio. Sophia and Ava actually ate more candy than they put on the house. sugar sugar sugar...but oh so fun on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
