Another successful week at Vacation Bible School. These girls really really look forward to VBS at Cornerstone Church every year. They ask about it all year long and when the week finally arrives they are singing praises.
They LOVE LOVE LOVE spending the week with their friends. The kids learned about children in India this year and raised $5000 to send to missions in India. Every night the girls came home telling me how much Jesus loved everyone and how we should treat everyone kindly.
The VBS hours are a little tough for our kiddos to handle. We're normally in bed by 7:30pm and VBS hours are 5:30-8:30 Monday-Friday. By Thursday night Sophia and Ava were exhausted and having meltdowns. Auntie Jen said I could blame Jesus for any crankiness.
And, of course, there's always the joyous festival at the end of the week to celebrate with the entire family.
