Yesterday our Daisies through Juniors Girl Scout Troop visited They Winchester Cheese Company. This Southern California company makes Gouda cheese in the traditions of Holland. From cow to sales they do it all. The girls had a great time exploring the farm and learning about how the milk from the cows is turned into yummy cheese. Of course...the taste testing was one of the best parts.
MOOO! Say Cheese. Have a Gouda Day. (yes, we were a little cheesy).
