I've been struggling for over a year now with my rear neighbor who shares exactly 6 feet of fence with me.
Her dogs practically attack my children through the fence and many others have complained to Animal control about the problem of the continuous barking by the dogs.
Today I came home to find this ridiculously childish sign attached to my fence right at eye level and certainly a violation of HOA CC&Rs.

Now, honestly, in the last couple months I've completely tuned out the barking and hadn't even thought of complaining. But, now if I have to be reminded of the dogs every time I open my sliding glass door I may go absolutely crazy!
I also am zipping straight to the store tomorrow for my "Children at Play" sign to erect on my side of the fence.

No wonder Sophia is so scared of dogs, she will never get over it with a neighbor like that.
Get the sign. Post the results...
dude, that's crazy - report that crap to HOA. dont do your own sign because then you'll get in trouble too. Reoport that crappy sign and the dogs.
no wonder sophie is scared. they need to get those dogs in check.
