It seems as we have a new golf enthusiast joining the ranks. Q tried out his new golf clubs on the driving range tonight and he seemed to enjoy spending time with Sophia and Rami. Well...at least half of the family can share some joys on the links. ;)
Sophia's coach said she is doing WONDERFUL and she was really "spanking" those balls off the tee tonight. I am so happy to see her smiles when she comes off the driving range. After all these years of trying new sports (gymnastics, dance, soccer, t-ball and basketball) there have only been a handful of times where she is truly passionate about what she's playing and luckily golf seems to be one of those things. She's officially had her first month of lessons and after 5 sessions she's already improved her game and her understanding of the game. She says she may be ready to actually go out on the real golf course for a full 18 holes soon.
On a non golf related topic---Q passed his level 1 swimming test today. He did a terrific job overcoming his intense fears and learning from his swim instructor. Even the times when he really didn't want to do it he trusted Coach Heather enough to do it and he did it!
