Sophia has spent the last 3 days baking treats for us for Christmas. We shopped for ingredients (me in the motorized scooter) and then I directed (from a stool in the kitchen) while she assembled ingredients and mixed and baked and decorated. She does a really great job coming up with ideas and understanding how to bake and what each ingredient does. She really is an awesome baker.
This year she made:

A Sugar Cookie 3-D Christmas Tree
Frosted Christmas Tree and Star Sugar Cookies
