Ava is a pink pirate. She's finally moved up to all girls U8 soccer. She's worked on her skills for 3 years now. Saturday was her first and last game of the Fall Season.
She has really built her endurance. Such a little spitfire in the forward position during the first quarter. She was all over the ball and did wonderful taking tackles and controlling the ball. She played 3 out of 4 quarters (needing a rest in the 3rd).
At the end of the game the other team did something I've never seen before and Ava worked hard at getting some final goal attempts. Pink Pirates ended up loosing but Ava played her best ever and she is sad to leave her team. Go Pink Pirates!
