This year the kids are excited to be a part of a Christmas Pageant. We joined St. Philip's Episcopal Church shortly after we moved back to Michigan. Rami and I were married at St. Philip's in August of 1994. The kids were very excited to be a part of something where their parents were married.
This year the Children's Ministry Director invited the kids to be a part of the church Christmas Pageant. The kids were excited for the opportunity and a script was reviewed. Of course, Isabella and Sophia wanted speaking roles, Ava wanted to be an angel and Quentin said he'd rather not be anything at all.
Unfortunately, because of the tight timing and the rehearsal schedule we had to turn down the speaking parts this year. All 3 girls agreed to be angels and Quentin decided maybe being a Shepard wasn't all that bad, especially if you got to walk with a big stick.
Yesterday was the full dress rehearsal and tonight the children will take part in the Christmas Eve service.
