All I want for Christmas is

My Two Front Teeth!

Ava has been working hard at loosing the second front tooth before Christmas. 100 wiggles every night before bed. With 2 weeks left and the ballet performance behind us it was time to get serious about getting that tooth out.

Yesterday, we were visiting with family for Joey's 7th birthday. The kids were all playing downstairs. Ava came running upstairs with her tooth hanging sideways, blood pouring out and a huge smile. Apparently, her and big cousin Henry were playing a game. She was behind him and he fell into her...knocking her tooth out.

This would be the one time in her life that she'd get hit in the face, have blood and NOT cry! She ran upstairs happy as could be and luckily, Dr. Sami Ubaydi was in the house. He pulled the tooth out the rest of the way and said he'd send me the bill for the extraction tomorrow.

Right away I made her sing...."All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth". :-D There will likely be video posted soon.
