Jam packed and fun filled. Unfortunately, now I can't decide if I want a Coronado cottage, a Balboa Island beach house or a time share in Palm Desert. And, of course, there's my condo in Clearwater, Fl....
We drove down to Coronado Island off San Diego Saturday and stayed at "the del". The Hotel del Coronado is a historic landmark hotel that was built in 1888. what a gorgeous place so rich in tradition. I could have stayed a year!
We lunched by the pool, ate smores by beach campfire at sunset, woke up with coffee in bed, walked to main street for bagels, I had a body treatment at the spa while the kids took a bicycle ride down the boardwalk and then we dined in the grand ballroom over champagne brunch.
What a fabulous birthday/Mother's Day getaway!
