We took a field trip on Monday. The kids and I went to Oceanside and visited one of the historic California missions. Isabella had learned about them as part of her 4th grade California history lessons but the other kids were really interested in seeing a mission as well.
It was a fun afternoon exploring the majesty of the mission and learning a little history as well.
