Sophia took an introduction piano class yesterday afternoon. It was a test to see if she liked the teacher and the center. She really soaked it all in and enjoyed herself and although she was nervous about the teacher she warmed up and even learned 4 simple "songs".
She starts the semester of full lessons in 2 weeks. She's already begging me to get the keyboard out of the box and set it up for her.
We're pleased that Sophia is taking on this new adventure. I'm sure you'll be hearing more about this in a few months when recital time rolls around.

As far as instruments go, this is definitely one that wont kill you while she practices!
