I have searched high and low for 3+ years for a square 60 inch solid wood table that seats 8.
I happened to stumble upon one in a very small interior accent store 2 weeks ago. I was shocked that price was actually cheaper than most laminate tables and chairs at large furniture stores.
I'm very excited!!!! I WILL kill any kid who breaks it or gets it dirty with their sticky fingers.
I plan to go to joann tomorrow to buy a piece of plastic big enough to cover the entire surface during meals and homework.
And...I swear if they get markers, glitter, or stickers near it they will DIE!

NO! I've been having the kids practice having picnics. They think it's FUN to eat on the floor NEXT to the table. ;-)
