So, we saw last week that Santa is already in town at the mall. We stopped by to say "Hi!" on Ava's birthday and he sang Happy Birthday to her.
Normally, I wait until the first weekend in December to do our Santa pictures. I buy fancy outfits that we really don't wear anywhere and I dress everyone up and we stand in line for 45 minutes to have the kids pictures taken with Santa. The last 2 years we've had almost identical pictures and we've used them on our Christmas card both years.
This year I wanted something different for our card (surprise...you'll have to wait for that one) so I asked the kids to wear denim and something red, white, grey or black for their top. We love our corker bows from Aunt Lizzy! We went out to the mall and we were done with the pictures in 5 minutes flat. Q really was happy...so I'm not sure why he is not smiling.
Santa now knows what the kids want from him and the elves.
Isabella: Ryan and Kelsi Prom date Barbies
Sophia: The best Christmas ever for her family AND HSM Dress Up clothes.
Ava: Barbie TV Chef
Quentin: Tonka Airplane (but I think he means rescue helicopter...or at least that's what I HOPE he meant).

You know, that is how we have done our Christmas Santa pictures...It is so nice not to wait in line.
The picture turned out very cute, and of course the bows are divine! :)
Good to have a heads up on the presents wishes too..Santa likes to get stuff done early, I am sure of that!
