Whine Flu

All 4 kids had a major case of the Whine Flu yesterday! Some days mom just wants to have a meltdown and run away and escape it all.

How is it that they seem to all gang up on you in in one day? And, it's always on a day when you really just want to take it easy and relax.

Quentin has entered the terrible 3's and he still has 4 weeks until his birthday. The testosterone surges are really interesting to watch. Considering this is my first experience with a boy I must say it fascinates me and shocks me all in the same moment. he will tense up and start throwing punches with little or no warning.

Ava, who used to be the calm cool and collected one, is now starting to become emotional and whinny. When she gets incredibly frustrated she starts laying the smack down on her siblings. She's always been able to be pretty calm but she's just getting pushed to her breaking point by her sisters.

Sophia is still constantly whining about everything imaginable. Nothing is ever fair for the 2nd born, middle girl.

Isabella has started 5th grade attitude in 3rd grade. She rolled her eyes at me the other day and after I resumed my composure and talked to her about it she in turn tried to stare me down and GROWL at me under her breath. It took every ounce of my being to not completely loose my mind. She did apologize later...thank goodness.

Right now as I type this they are all singing, dancing, fighting, and crying behind my chair.
