No real news to report this week.
I'm still going to the gym 4 days a week. I've lost all the weight I wanted to and even an extra 2 pounds. I'm maintaining now. Working on rebuilding my wardrobe since i lost 2 sizes.
I volunteer in the girls classrooms every Monday morning. This morning I stuffed work folders in Kindergarten, made copies and scored cards in 3rd grade and redesigned a bulletin board in 1st grade. Quentin enjoyed his 2 hours at "his school". He even tried to pack all their scissors up in his backpack because he loves cutting paper so much.
Isabella is working hard in school and playing hard on the soccer field. She's just a great energetic girl. She still loves Brownies and enjoys her meetings twice a month.
Sophia is an excellent student who is well beyond her course work. She loves her Daisy troop and will be bridging to a Brownie in January. She's also like a cheetah on the soccer field lately and scored 2 goals on Saturday.
Ava is little Miss Social and Happy! She's looking forward to her birthday in November and is already planning a bowling party for her class. She's doing wonderful in school and also enjoys demonstrating tricks on the soccer field. She will be a Daisy in another month and will be a part of Isabella's troop.
Quentin is back on the nebulizer treatments for his Asthma. We had tried to take him off for 3 months and each month he ended up having an attack that became urgent. We're now leaving him on full treatment until Spring. Quentin's buddy Matthew came over Saturday night and even slept over (for a few hours anyway). It was totally cool to see the boys playing and getting along nicely.
Rami's still working as hard as ever. He's enjoying this season as soccer coach of the U8 team that Isabella and Sophia are on. He has a little time on the side for poker and golf.
PS: My Bark Stop has almost completely put an end to nuisance barking and even deters the dogs from standing at my fence at all. Yipee! We actually spent about an hour outside in our back yard yesterday. All 6 of us, cooking dinner on the grill, kicking balls around, doing sidewalk chalk and enjoying the peace and quiet. The dogs were there and they barked 2 times. We used the hand zapper both times and they walked away. Nothing like before when we endured 30 minutes of growling and barking only to have to go back in the house to get away from it. Keep your fingers crossed that our quality of life has returned to normal.

That is such good news about the dogs. I was waiting to hear how that was going. What a relief!
woooo!!! congrats on getting down to your goal weight! I need to get motivated - ugh.
so happy about the dogs - do the neighbors have any idea about the little tools you bought?
Um, yes...well...I think they saw the machine when they came up the slope Saturday to install chicken wire across the fence to keep the dogs from escaping. Oh well...if they fuss about it i'll ask them for the $100 I spent in training their dogs.
