Today was a day full of gymnastics. It was over 106 degrees outside and the gym was a sauna. Both Ava and Sophia preformed in different shows. We were in the sauna for over 2 hours. The girls did great!

I can't even imagine what it smelled like in that Gym with all the heat and moving bodies...whew!
