
I joined a gym last Friday morning.
Today was my first morning of our new routine. Monday-Wednesday-Friday after we drop Isabella and Ava off at school we're headed straight to the Gym down the street. Sophia and Quentin get to play in the childcare area with a lady named Sonya.
I bought 12 sessions with a personal trainer as well. But, I haven't been contacted for my appointments. Not wanting to delay I went ahead and did what I could on my own this morning.
33 minutes on the treadmill in walk mode (3.7 mph). The arthritic knees can't handle any inclines or jogging yet. I walked 1.5 miles and sustained a fat burning heart rate of 127bpm for 20 minutes.
Then I did some triceps and bicep work, ab crunches and glutes.
When I picked the kids up at childcare I noticed Quentin's eye was red like he had been bumped. It swelled completely in an hour and it turns out he has pink eye. What a great way to start the new work-out routine.
